How do probes send signals back through the gate?
Radio waves are unaffected by the wormhole’s uni-directional nature, perhaps because they are not matter and thus would not be “swept away” by the wormhole’s gravity “currents.” Two-way radio communication is possible through the Stargate. This is also the means by which the M.A.L.P. probe send back audio and video to the S.G.C.
