How do private sharing invitations work?
To share your TripPlan with others, click “Share This Trip” button and follow the instructions. You can invite one or more people at a time, and can also indicate if they are travelers for this trip. Recipients must click the link in the invitation email within 7 days, after which time the invitation expires. The email invitation link is valid for one use only. There are two levels of permissions you can give to people who share your TripPlan: • Viewer — invite someone to see your TripPlan, but they can’t edit or add items (except for comments) • Collaborator — these people can view, edit, delete, add to your TripPlan and share your trip with others You can view all outstanding trip sharing invitations, or cancel outstanding invites, by selecting “Manage People” from the “More Tools” menu of your TripPlan.
