The instructor or Event Coordinator is required to present the VC technician with one of the following, containing the files of the presentation, in order of preference: a USB key (“memory stick”), CD or DVD, laptop PC or laptop Macintosh (which specifically requires the presenter being present 30 minutes prior to the session). The technician will transfer the related files to the lectern PC.
