How do physicians order and receive results of laboratory tests?
Lab Advantage provides the Physicians Web Portal for both ordering tests and receiving results. If for any reason the physicians office chooses they may order their test via paper requisition forms. Results can also be faxed or mailed to the physician’s office. Additional copies of the test reports can be forwarded to another physician if the ordering physician makes a written request in the designated area of the test requisition form.
