How do pharmacies submit a claim to MADAP?
Pharmacies submit claims electronically to First Health Services, MADAP’s claims processor, just as they do with the Maryland Kidney Disease Program. First Health Services requires that claims be submitted electronically in the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) standardized Version 5.1.
