How do Personal Verification Questions work?
Once you’ve had Online Banking for about 30 days, you will be asked to select and answer three Personal Verification Questions. Key in your correct answers and continue to use your Online Banking as normal. From this point, if unusual or uncharacteristic behavior is detected, one of your Personal Verification Questions will appear on your screen. You would provide the correct answer and continue with your Online Banking. If the question is not answered correctly, the new security feature will assume there is an unauthorized attempt to access your information. Access will be denied to protect your account.
