A. You can pick up an application at any of the toll plazas along the West Virginia Turnpike. Or you can call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-206-6222 and request one to be sent to you. if you would like to pick up the transponder you may stop by our Customer Service Center, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. at 3310 Piedmont Road Charleston, West Virginia 25306 and fill out the application and leave with the transponder. You can also download the application and mail, fax or stop by our office and complete the process.
