How Do People Really Feel With Black Men/White Women Relationshipsseriously?
I don’t know about black/white, except from my own friends. I always accepted them. People are people. But my ex-wife is Chinese and we would experience discrimination in almost every part of the country we ever lived in or visited… EXCEPT THE SOUTH! I am from California and before we married, she was living in L.A. We got bad service at restaurants. “Friends” often told me that I was sick not to want a girl like my mother and my sister. There were many worse things but I don’t like to remember them. We learned through our twenty year marriage that California is one of the worst states when it comes to discrimination of mixed race couples. When I was a grad school student in Texas, no one even noticed the difference.
