How do people bring up children in inter-faith marriages between a Christian woman and a Muslim man?
Keep it neutral, instead of teaching a child to follow God, teach them to be kind, help other people, regardless of any differences they have and to make sure they have proper respect for other people but not in a religious context. You cannot force a child to believe in any God or any religion or to follow the rules of that religion, that is always a personal choice for each individual, regardless of age. In primary school teachers tried to make me sing Hymms in assembly, but i refused saying I didnt think God existed. I got so many detentions that I started to hate all religion (over it now by the way lol) I never did sing any hymms. The child will become naturally curious about their heritage as they grow up. You both saw good in each other when you had a child so it cannot be a case of arguements over religion in your house.
