The NDNQI RN Survey is offered as an annual, web-based survey to participating hospitals at no additional cost. Hospitals MUST REGISTER ONLINE AT LEAST 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Registration opens in August for the upcoming year on a first-come, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. See the RN Survey Schedule.
