The Department Sponsored Visitor will need a UA departmental sponsor to help create an account. Contact your departmental Administrative Assistant to find out who the department ‘sponsor’ is. If the Administrative Assistant for your department does not know who your departmental sponsor is, then have the admin assistant contact 24/7 IT Support Center Administrative and Instructional Support Team for more information.
