How do organisations update their information?

0

Organisations There is a new role called a Data Custodian who will be responsible for coordinating and updating service information for their organisation, using an online Data Maintenance Tool. There may be more than one Data Custodian for an organisation. For example, large organisations may wish to have one Data Custodian per site to update services provided at that site. Alternatively, organisations may wish to have one Data Custodian for each type of service provided across many sites. As well, some large organisations with several regional offices may prefer to nominate a single Data Custodian that will represent all offices. However, doing this would mean significant responsibility on the nominated Data Custodian to coordinate the collection of information updates from all of the regional offices, as well as to ensure that all of the detailed information from each of these regional offices has been collected. Organisations have the discretion to choose how they manage their info
