An Apprenticeship is equivalent to 5 GCSEs and Advanced Apprenticeships are the same as A Levels. NVQs are nationally recognised and are a combination of structured learning, as detailed on a Personal Learning Plan, and using our web-based learning resource library, and assessment of your current and newly developed tasks within your workplace.
