. When a rental unit is registered with Coach-Net, 2 key cards are sent in the Rental Agency’s name with the last 9 numbers of the vehicle’s VIN. The telephone number to dial for service is on the back of the card. Your customer must have the number on the key card available when they call Coach-Net.
