Windows™ users should click on the Safely Remove icon in the system tray. Remove each drive (GLUCOFACTS and CONTOUR USB). A: Mac™ users should exit the GLUCOFACTS™ DELUXE program by clicking the tab at the top of their desktop to close the program. Next, they should click on the GLUCOFACTS icon on the desktop and choose eject. They should repeat the same step for the CONTOUR USB icon.
