In order to obtain an upgrade your patient must be registered on the bayerdiabetes.co.uk website. After registration, the GLUCOFACTS™ DELUXE software checks for updates on the internet every 7 days and if updates are available he/she will get a link to download the latest software. For users that do not have internet access, they should call Bayer Diabetes Support on 0845 600 6030 (UK) or 1 890 920 111 (Ireland) or email diabetes@bayer.co.uk. This number can also be found on the back of their meter.
