How do my guests enter the neighborhood when the gate is closed?
They may open the gate one of two ways. First, they can call your home from the keypad at the gate. When you receive a call from the gate, press #9 and the gate will open. If you have caller ID, it will appear as “Homeowners of Greenspring”. Alternatively, you may give your guests the guest code, which when entered into the keypad will automatically open the gate. E-mail information@homeownersofgreenspring.org if you need the guest code. Note: There is no way to remotely open the gate from your home if your guest does not call from the keypad.
