How do my employees or customers access our IcePORTAL?
After you have followed the Getting Started Instructions for IcePORTAL, you will have one or more user accounts created and given permissions to log into your IcePORTAL. Each portal has a unique URL that you would enter into your Internet web browser (such as Internet Explorer). IceWEB can also configure a customized URL for your company. Once connected to the IcePORTAL, users must enter a user name and password in order to view the site. The IcePORTAL system can be accessed from any computer’s web browser as long as you have an Internet connection. IcePORTAL fully supports Windows, Macintosh, and Linux computers.
