How do Muay Thai fighters get in such great shape?
Muay Thai fighters are known for their incredible physical conditioning which is due to nothing but consistent hard work. Fighters normally start their day with a run (alternating long run days with short fast runs), and then a morning workout of Shadow Boxing, Heavy Bag & Thai Pad work. They will rest/eat/nap until later in the day when they have their evening workout. This can lead off with another run or skipping rope, more Shadow Boxing, Thai Pad & Bag rounds, light contact timing sparring, and clinch work (Clinch with knees & elbows).
