How do military spouses compare to other job candidates from the general population?
We wondered the same thing. Although military spouses are individually unique and collectively reflect many aspects of the general population, they were found overall to be better educated than their civilian counterparts and even than their military husbands or wives! Sometimes viewed as job-hoppers due to their frequent relocations, in reality they do not change jobs more often than the general population.
