How do men and women meet in Saudi Arabia ?
Well most people here meet through relatives. For example a guy’s mother has a friend who has a daughter and they are introduced. Or a girl’s aunt has a sister-in-law who has a son and they are introduced. Usually because men and women don’t mix in Saudi when a man is ready to get married his mother, grandmother, sister or aunt will look for girls who they think would make a good wife and then introduce one of them to their male relative. Some people meet at work(yes there are places here where men and women work together) Some meet while they are both abroad. There are some families who do socialize with other families and the men and women are together and some people meet that way. Usually when someone is specifically looking for a non-saudi husband or wife they would go to the country that they would most prefer their spouse to be from or try to meet someone over the internet. Some people here do meet by sending phone numbers over bluetooth in public places but I don’t really think
