How do members sign up for roles for the meeting?
A week before the meeting, either the President or the VP of Education will send out a email to all the members of our club with a list of who is already signed up for a particular role and what needs to be filled. All you have to do in order to volunteer for a role is reply to all (so the other members know too) stating which role you would like to fill.
