UBC Document Delivery – search for the item via UBC’s catalogue, then choose UBC Document Delivery from the bottom of the results screen. For more information about UBC Document Delivery click here. CISTI Document Delivery – before you complete an online CISTI request, please ensure that you have already verified that the item is not available electronically or in print at UBC, click here for details about placing a request. Items ordered via UBC or CISTI’s Document Delivery Services may be picked up at UNBC’s Library Circulation Desk. Faculty orders are normally sent via internal mail. Please see notes above for PGRH and Terrace students.
