How do Media Players controls work?

The controls are very similar to a CD or DVD player. • Click the big Play button to play an album, a track, TV show, film or a music playlist (see below). Click the Pause button to temporarily stop playback. • The arrows either side of the Play button move back and forward one track at a time (for music) or to the previous or next title (for films and TV shows). • The button with the crossed arrows will ‘shuffle’ a music playlist into random order. The circling arrow button repeats whatever is being played. • Drag the volume slider to the left or right to adjust the volume; click the little speaker icon to mute or unmute the sound. • For more information, press the F1 key on your keyboard to open the program’s Help file.
