All of our stock plans have engineering to meet seismic zone 3, 80 mph wind, exposure “B” and this is available for an extra fee. The drawings detailing this, usually referred to as “L” sheets, and the supporting calculations, stamped by a licensed engineer are available for Oregon or Washington only — see the price options for each plan.
