How do mail in rebates work?
Hmm, I can’t see the contract details. They don’t offer it in my region. 🙁 Okay, well, mail in rebates are basically refunds that you get AFTER you buy a product. It’s meant to make the product look more attractive, and only few people actually send in the cards to get the rebate. It’s a sales technique. What they’ll probably do is include a postcard with the product which you need to fill out and send to a certain address. After this is all said and done, they’ll send you your refund. So…. You’ll have to pay 79.99, and then you mail the stuff, then you’ll get 50 back. All in all, you need 79.99. Wether you recieve the 50 dollar refund is up to you.
