How do Mail-In-Rebates work?
If you are eligible for a Mail-In Rebate, simply download, print, and fill out the appropriate Sprint or Nextel .pdf Mail-In-Rebate form. Please cut off the original portion of your phone’s box that shows the serial numbers/ UPC and include that with a copy of your sales receipt before mailing your rebate form. Mail your rebate within the dates listed on the form to ensure processing. Rebates are usually processed within 60 days of receiving your form. Your account must remain in good standing with no late or outstanding balances during this time. Smart Phones and PDAs, ( like the BlackBerry, Treo, and MOTO Q), require a minimum $25 Vision/ Data pack for rebate eligibility.
