Connect a sensor cable to the preferred serial port, ie COM1, COM2 or COM3 (if this has been fitted). Open the Control Panel and run the Terminal Lock applet. When prompted to select a serial port make sure you choose the one connected to the sensor cable – then select OK to finish locking the terminal.
