At the first regular board meeting or within 30 days after selection of a temporary athletic team coach, whichever is sooner, the district superintendent shall certify to the local board of trustees that the provisions in 5 CCR Section 5593 have been met. The board shall, by April 1 of each year, certify to the State Board of Education that the provisions of Section 5593 have been met. Said certification form shall be prescribed by the California Department of Education.
