If you can’t sync them by simply pressing a random button on the remotes then you need to sync your remotes to the console. To sync your wii remotes with your console you open up the flap on the front of your wii (where you put in SD cards for instance) and press the red button there. Then you press the red button on the back of your wii remote (where the batteries are) and they should sync together with the console (you can tell they are when a blue light turns on, on the remote). You might have to try this once for each remote. Then every time you play games the remotes link with them when you press any button.
