How do LIGHT ACTIVATED MODULES work and what types are available?
We have 2 types of light activated modules available: • 1. Label Format this is where you see the raw parts of a sound module but it has a wire with a light sensor at the bottom. Best used in the bottom of a box and you hid the module parts or cover them they are the cheapest. Has adhesive backing. • 2. Light Activated BOX modules these are prettier but more expensive. They are housed in a plastic box and we can put double sided tape on them so you can stick them in a location within your box item. IMPORTANT: LIGHT TIGHT All light activated modules must be kept out of all light – even if a little light (even inside a white box, for instance) can get through, it could activate the battery and it will be dead. When working on placing the light activated modules inside a product, make sure that you do not leave them out while you go to lunch. Make sure you quickly install them and close up your project.
