A “generic” SEID of “9999999999” can be used on a teacher’s course section record in the following scenarios only: NOTE: “9999999999” will NOT be accepted in the Staff Demographic and Staff Assignment Files so LEAs cannot submit these records in these files for these teachers: • Course sections taught by lifetime credential-holders who have not yet been assigned a SEID. • Course sections taken at a Regional Occupational Center (ROC) and taught by ROC/P teachers not under the direct administration of the LEA. • Course sections taken for high school/college credit at a community college taught by college professors. • Course sections that are not NCLB core courses taught by non-certificated teachers at charter schools.
