How do large stores (Sears, Best Buy, Pottery Barn, etc.) evaluate locations for a new store?
Specifically, a friend who owns a shopping center and wants to attract a major store to a 30,000 sq ft location that will be completed in 2010. Her industry connections have not been effective at unlocking the decision-making process of major stores so she can market to them.
