How do LAM missionaries relate to local leaders?
We seek to cooperate with God’s call to the Latin American Church, by working in conjunction with and subject to national leadership. Each missionary works under the direction of a local grassroots ministry. There are no field directors in the LAM. We relate directly to national church outreach, assigning human and material resources to diverse national ministry associates. We work where the need is greatest, favoring strategic ministries that will multiply the action or task of evangelism, training or networking.
