How do Knowledge Management and eLearning contribute to Learning Organization?.
This paper presents information about learning organization. The role of eLearning and knowledge management in construction of learning organization was explored comprehensively. Based on this finding, suggestions for training processionals how to keep training setting with rapid development in technologies were underlined.
