people with tourettes do not come with a built in dictionary a certain part of their brain picks up on what are “sociable unacceptable” words and pocket them for to be either used or avoided (depending on the persons personality) the curse “feature” of tourettes is like a mind dump, basically they use all the words stored in the small are in a short period of time it can vary from a complete dump to a small dump of 3 or 4 words, it is a very similar reaction to when someone gets in a lot of pain like hitting their hand with a hammer they have a very similar brain reaction except in tourettes they don’t have the pain side of that
