How do Keurig brewers compare to the Senseo pods that were popular a few years ago?
I have a Senseo, my massage therapist has a Keurig. Probably the only advantage the Senseo would have had over the Keurig was the size of the pods. However, I ditched the pods and bought an insert so I could use my own ground coffee – by and large, the pods are pretty awful, especially if you don’t like flavored coffees. The Senseo also tends to drip if the pod is put in at all crooked. Her Keurig takes up more space with the pods, but she has a cool little rack to offer a wide selection of pods to her customers who are waiting while she’s still in session. There are teas, chocolates, and quite the selection of coffee. My vote is for the Keurig for the selection and better functionality.
