How do Jews explain how the Talmud says that there were two creation stories, with one being Lilith?
The story of Lilith is NOT found in the Talmud actually. If you think it is- feel free to cite a reference. You won’t find any though. The story of Lilith actually originates form a 10the century manuscript called the “Alef bet of ben Sira”. Jews have never accepted this book as being genuine and from the start have dismissed it as eithere 1) a work of fiction or 2) a deliberate attempot to try and slander Jews Most authorities favour option 2- it was a fairly common practice at the time but this particular myth has had more staying power than many others.
