How do instructors submit materials for E-Reserves?

If you have print materials to be placed on reserve, bring the materials to the desk in the Kent Cooper Room of the Wells Library. We will need a complete citation for each article submitted – this is critical for our copyright compliance. You may either attach the citation directly to the article, or you may provide us with a syllabus/bibliography of all reserve materials. You must also include the following information: Instructor’s first and last name, email, campus address, department, and course number. You may also submit e-reserve requests online. Be sure to fill out one Reserve Course Form for each course. Select the appropriate form that corresponds to the type of material to be placed on reserve (i.e. book chapter or journal article).
