How do instructors submit material for Electronic Reserves?

0

Electronic reserves are submitted just like the traditional reserves. Please submit items with a properly completed Reserve Form (PDF) to the circulation desk in the Library. Since electronic articles need to be password protected, Instructors are required to provide a password for the items. It is the responsibility of the instructor to notify the students of the password. When submitting items, please provide a clear, unbound photocopy of the document on 8 x 11 paper. Photocopies must be single-sided, on white background with black text. Please do not submit items with a wide black border, shadows or poor quality image. Scanning of items may not be possible if the original is in poor condition. Items may also be submitted by email or by diskette. If the document is already in Word, HTML, ASCII Text, JPEG, or PDF Format, please send it as an e-mail attachment to reserves@dom.edu or submit the documents on diskette with a completed Reserve Form.
