How do instructors make software installation requests?
Requests for software installations may be submitted via the online Software Request Form. Course instructors are strongly encouraged to submit their software requests as early as possible, and there is a software request deadline for each semester posted on our website. The request, verification and installation process may take at least two to three weeks to fulfill. However, given the complexity of a few software installations encountered, and the sheer number of requests prior to the start of each semester, additional time may be required.
