How do I wrap flowers with ribbon?

0

Choose flowers that have long, straight stems, pinching off any low leaves or thorns, if needed. Pick a ribbon that is relatively wide, at least 1 inch wide. Arrange the flowers in the desired way, and secure with a thin rubber band at the top of the stems and a thin rubber band at the bottom of the stems.Cut stems evenly across the bottom of the bouquet about two fist-lengths from under the flowers. Tape ribbon to the top of the stems, and then wrap the ribbon around to conceal the tape. Wrap the ribbon slowly, at a slight diagonal, downward, all the way down the stems until you reach the bottom.Fold the ribbon over the bottom of the stems then wrap upwards, at a diagonal, until you reach the top. Once you reach the top, cut off the extra ribbon and add a few long pins that are the same color as the ribbon.
