How do I work out whether I should chose a short form, medium form or long form version of a document?
Much will depend on the value and complexity of the subject of the document. For simple, low value transactions a short form agreement will usually be sufficient. For complex and / or high value transactions a long form agreement will normally be recommended. Medium form agreements may be used for high value, simple transactions or where there is a requirement to set out in more detail the various processes and procedures covered by the document.
