Maybe you should try to massage with your finger the part that you don’t want the big bulge muscles build up for a few minutes after work out.

There’s an entire book on this idea: women cannot “bulge up” like men do… but use common sense, work your way up, but you won’t “bulge” if you do like 30lbs or something. You don’t have the “man/muscle” gene/DNA… You also need to work your way up to lifting heaving things, not “light weight” like the other guy said.. sorry… you need to be able to do things for yourself. And you will lose the fat and gain muscle, muscle is thinner than fat. If you do light weights you’ll never get anywhere… doing 5-10 pounds of lifting gets pretty boring fast, and your muscles aren’t challenged enough… they’re like a brain that needs harder things to “stay alive”, not just doing easy/simple things 🙂 Like I said, work your way up and know what you’re doing before you start a routine, no need to put out your back. That’s another thing. if you want to lift even 15 pounds, you’ll put out your back if you don’t work your entire body, including your core/trunk… your arms may be able to lift it, b
