How Do I Word An Invitation For A Workplace Wedding Celebration?
Hi. My boss is getting married for the second time, and I’d like to plan a department get-together a few days before he departs for his wedding and honeymoon (to which very few of our co-workers are invited, due to distance). Could you provide me with wording for an invitation to our co-workers? I’d like the event to be a celebration, as opposed to a shower, at the end of the workday with hors’ douevers (sp?), champagne and cake. Because this is a work event, I’d like to keep it to our co-workers (and not include his fiancee). Any suggested wording for an invitation (which I will make myself) would be appreciated.
