Ans. To withdraw cash from an ATM, just check for MasterCard, Cirrus or Maestro logos on the ATM. In case of presence of the logo, insert the card in the card slot of the ATM as instructed on the ATM panel. The ATM would prompt for the PIN number. Please enter the ATM PIN of your card. Once your ATM PIN is validated, it would prompt you to enter the amount of cash requested. Enter the amount of cash you would need. In case your Standard Chartered Bank SmartTravel Card has the funds requested by you, it would be dispensed.
