They come with several no-cost choices (exterior and interior colors for instance) and then a series of options that will increase the price (leather seats, moon roof for instance). The difference here is that we only want to help you order what you want. There is no pressure, there are no catches and there are no hidden costs. We simply show you the choices. We have many base models to choose from. The most noticeable difference between them is the floor plan. You choose the floor plan that best meets your needs. You then choose the lot location, home exterior and interior colors, flooring, carpeting, and counter tops. We then write-up and place your order when you are ready. That’s it. Your home will them be custom-built to your specification.
