How do I view records in MetaLib?

0

MetaLib will display results in Brief View by default. For journal articles, this view shows the article title, authors and the citation details (journal title, volume, year etc). Click on the icon to try linking to the article via find it @ liverpool (SFX). There is an even briefer view called Table View. Depending on where the record came from, clicking on the name of the resource where the record came from may lead to the full-text. Clicking on the title of the article will take you to Full View for that record. In Full View you will get more details of the article (including the abstract) and the full-size link. Use the Next and Previous links to move between records in Full View. The full record may include an ‘External’ link to the full-text article, or the database record in the ‘native’ interface. Clicking on the name of the Resource may perform the same function or it may take you to the home page of that resource. The Full View also includes icons to save or email the record.
