How do I view/open the position description for a current vacancy?
The position description for a current vacancy can be viewed by visiting Jobs@CSU. Select the vacancy category (General, Academic or Senior Appointments) that you wish to view or select All for a complete list of vacancies. Select the position title to view the duty statements and position descriptor. Click on the DownLoad Documents Link. Click on the Download links on the right for each document. This will open an Adobe Acrobat Reader window (as below): The duty statement can be printed or saved using the relevant commands in Adobe. If the duty statement does not open when you click on the download button there are several things to check: • Duty Statements are in Portable Document Format (PDF) and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to open.
