How do I view online statements, paper statements, or stop statements?
You can view your statements online by signing in to Online Banking and selecting the Account Activity tab, then selecting the My Statements Tab. You will be provided with a list of available statements. You can save your online statements by selecting Save As under the File menu in your browser window. This service will be available for credit cards and unsecured lines of credit accounts beginning with your November 2006 statement. To stop receiving paper statements, visit the Customer Service menu in Online Banking or choose the Go Paperless link from Accounts Overview or My Statements. If you choose to stop paper delivery of statements, we will send you an email reminder every month notifying you that your new statement is available for online viewing. You will only receive email notification of new statements if you have agreed to discontinue delivery of paper statements.
